Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy; you can decide within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or equally sturdy packaging.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $20 return shipping fee will be charged and deducted from refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assist you at the quickest.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
To inspect and accept your return, it takes 1-3 business days from the date of delivery. Upon acceptance, we'll immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation e-mail. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable.
